How long does it take to receive my order? Each Grelov piece is made to order. From the moment your order is confirmed, you can expect to receive your piece within 30 to 50 business days — this includes production time and international shipping to your door in the United States.
Do you ship to my state? We ship to all states in the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or PO boxes.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on all orders. No hidden freight charges — what you see is what you pay.
Can I choose a different color or material? The options available on each product page are our standard offering. If you have a specific material or finish in mind, reach out to us at hello@grelov.com before placing your order and we'll let you know what's possible.
Will I see my piece before it ships? Yes — always. Once your piece is ready, we send you photos or a video for your approval before it ships. Nothing leaves without your confirmation. This typically happens around week 1 to 2 of your order.
Do the chairs arrive assembled? It depends on the piece. Some chairs arrive fully assembled and ready to place. Others require minimal assembly — instructions and video guides are included. The product page for each piece specifies what to expect.
What if my order arrives damaged? In the unlikely event of transit damage, do not refuse the delivery. Accept the package, photograph the damage clearly, and contact us within 5 calendar days at hello@grelov.com with your photos and order number. We will review your case and work with you to find a fair resolution.
Can I return or exchange my chair? Because every piece is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items delivered as described and free of defects. We strongly encourage you to review all product details, dimensions, and materials before ordering — and our team is always available to answer questions before you buy.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, as well as Klarna for buy now, pay later options. Payment is collected in full at the time of order.
Will I be charged import duties or taxes? No. All import duties and taxes are covered by Grelov. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprises at delivery.
How do I care for my chair? Full-grain leather develops a natural patina over time — wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. For velvet, brush gently in one direction with a soft cloth. For oak frames, a light application of furniture wax once a year keeps the wood in excellent condition.
