By accessing or using the Grelov website and placing an order, you ("the customer") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Grelov
Grelov is a furniture brand based in France, selling made-to-order designer furniture to customers in the United States. All orders are processed and fulfilled under these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- The shipping address you provide is located within the United States.
- All information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
3. Products and Made-to-Order Policy
All Grelov products are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you after your order is confirmed. As a result:
- Product availability is subject to material and production capacity.
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or natural material characteristics are inherent to handcrafted furniture and are not considered defects.
- Product images on our website are as accurate as possible, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the product price and free shipping to the contiguous United States. Prices do not include applicable import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept payment via Stripe, Klarna, and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is collected in full at the time of order. By completing your purchase, you authorise us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.
Grelov reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error and will issue a full refund in such cases.
5. Order Confirmation and Production
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Production begins upon receipt of payment. Once production starts, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins, by contacting us at hello@grelov.com. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.
6. Pre-Shipment Approval
Before your order is shipped, we will send you photos or a video of the completed item for your review and approval. By confirming your approval in writing, you acknowledge that the item matches your order specifications. Shipment will only proceed once approval is received.
This approval constitutes your acceptance of the product as produced and is part of our quality assurance commitment to you.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the contiguous United States only. Estimated delivery time is 30 to 50 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.

8. Returns and Refunds
As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are delivered as described and free of defects. In the event of damage or a product that does not match your confirmed order specifications, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Any return agreed upon by Grelov is subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, including customer responsibility for return shipping costs.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree to contact Grelov directly at hello@grelov.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with full documentation of the transaction, including order confirmation, pre-shipment approval, and delivery records.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Grelov website — including product images, descriptions, logos, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Grelov and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grelov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profit, or damage to property.
Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order.
12. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, and pricing are accurate. However, Grelov reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update information at any time without prior notice.
13. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
