Shipping policy

At Grelov, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and on time. Because every piece is made to order, please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment your chair arrives at your door.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Shipping costs are included in the product price — there are no additional freight charges at checkout.
3. Production Time
All Grelov products are made to order. Please allow the following production times before your order ships:
- Standard sizes (when in stock): 3 to 7 business days
- Custom sizes or configurations: 10 to 15 business days
Production begins after your order is confirmed and payment is received. You will be notified once your order has shipped.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery to the United States is 30 to 50 business days, depending on your location and postal code. This timeline accounts for international freight and customs clearance.
Please note that delivery timelines are provided as estimates only. Grelov is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections or processing
- Port congestion or carrier delays
- Events outside our control (weather, strikes, force majeure)
We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide your tracking number as soon as it is available.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment in real time. If you have any questions about the status of your delivery, contact us at hello@grelov.com and we will obtain accurate logistics information on your behalf.
6. Pre-Shipment Quality Check
Before your order leaves our facility, we carry out a final quality inspection and send you photos or a video of your completed item for approval. Your shipment will only be dispatched once you have confirmed that the item meets your expectations. This step ensures there are no surprises upon delivery.
7. Packaging and Handling
All Grelov furniture is packed using reinforced wooden frames or crates to ensure maximum protection during international transit. For items that are disassembled for shipping, we provide detailed installation instructions and video guides to make assembly straightforward.
8. Customs and Import Duties All import duties and taxes applicable upon entry into the United States are covered by Grelov. You will not be charged any additional fees at delivery. The price displayed at checkout is the final price.
9. Items Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please:
- Do not refuse the delivery — accept the package and document the damage.
- Take clear photos or a video of the damaged item and packaging immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at hello@grelov.com with your photos and order number.
