How It Works

Ordering a Grelov piece is straightforward. Here is what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment your chair arrives.

1. Place your order Choose your piece and complete your purchase on our website. Payment is collected in full at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, production begins.

2. Your piece is made Every Grelov chair is made to order. Your piece is crafted specifically for you — the right material, the right finish, built from scratch. This is not furniture pulled from a warehouse. It takes time, and that time is worth it.

3. We send you photos for approval Before your order ships, we send you photos or a video of the completed piece. You review it, confirm it meets your expectations, and give us the green light. Nothing leaves without your approval.

4. Your chair ships to your door Once approved, your piece is packed in a reinforced crate and shipped directly to your address in the United States. All import duties and taxes are covered — no surprises at delivery. You receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.

5. It arrives, ready to live in Some pieces arrive fully assembled. Others require minimal setup with instructions included. Either way, your chair is built to last — and will only get better with time.
