Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign a proof of delivery form to confirm your item has arrived as expected.
Delivery includes placement up to and including the third floor, provided there are stairs wide enough to accommodate the item or an internal lift. For properties on the fourth floor or above with no internal lift, or if an external lift is required, additional charges may apply. Please notify our delivery partners of any access requirements when booking your delivery slot. If access restrictions are not communicated in advance, it may result in a failed delivery attempt and a re-delivery fee.
Our delivery partners require 48 hours' notice to amend a scheduled delivery date.
Returns
We offer a 365-day return policy. To arrange a return, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund.
